Training
is based on discipline, adaptation, teamwork and team spirit as well
as technical knowledge. We are giving our rescuers the ability to
act as true professionals.
In order
to give rescuers the opportunity to develop their skills, they are exposed
to similar situations to real operations. They
are trained day and night during a 10 day period.
Sites
are a mixture of water areas, mountainous environment, mines, caves,
and other natural areas where trainees can be challenged effectively.
Trainees
are evaluated everyday upon defined criteria such as technical knowlege
or soft skills, or any other specific learning and a Search & Rescue certificate is being
delivered at the end of each session.
